Thanks for the comment, great article.  I think that Joel's summed it up best when he writes:

&quot;On the other hand, if you’re using simplicity to mean a lack of power, a lack of features, that’s fine, if you want to be in the paper clip business, good luck with that, but the chances that your product will solve my exact problems starts to shrink and your potential market share does, too.&quot;

If we're building software that's going to help the non-profit community as a whole, any accidental techie or rider will tell you that simplicity isn't always what it's cracked up to be.</description>
