Washington, D.C. and Kuwait City, Kuwait- USAID's Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) and Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI)
recently contracted PICnet to produce thousands of field training
guides concerning the protection of civilians in post-conflict
settings. PICnet produced thousands of training guides in less than a
month, and prepared them for distribution to humanitarian assistance
