Support Account Manager

As the new Support Account Manager, Karen hopes to help develop a system for
support that will keep PICnet clients as happy as they are when they first
launch their spiffy new websites and communications systems.
Karen comes to
PICnet with years of experience as a non-profit communications and
fundraising coordinator, and hopes that her first-hand experience from the
other side of the divide will contribute to great results for PICnet
clients. Karen is committed to improving the performance and accountability
of the non-profit sector and social change organizations, and is a member of
the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of New York.

Originally from Los Angeles, California, Karen has discovered a newfound
love of spring and fall, and spends hours walking around gawking at the
pretty colors. She is also known among PICnetters for her inordinate
fondness for flying mammals, gained from conducting undergraduate research
on bats in Costa Rica and Washington State. Karen holds a B.S. in Ecology,
Behavior, and Evolution from U.C. San Diego, and plans to add additional
letters after her name in the near future.
